05 Aug 1795 John Lipsey and wife, Elizabeth, to Benjamin Granade for 150 pds, two tracts of 50 acres i each on S. side of Trent river which was bequeathed to Elizabeth Lipsey by her father Archilis F. Weeks. One tract whereon Elijah Lipsey now lives adjoining land of Wickliff and of Thomas Lee.
15 Feb 1799 John Lipsey to Durant Hatch for 180 pds, 89 acres on south side of Trent in the 2nd corner of a deed for 100 acres to William Lipsey to the side of a branch, to Arthur Lipsey's line.

James died about 1794 in Jones County, North Carolina.
